Trays size up to: 7-1/2" in Length x 9-3/4" in Width x 4-1/4" in Height. Equipped with 2-conveyor (4-lane) in feed, 17-1/2" vertical blank tray magazine, 6-cup reciprocating bottom pick-off, top bottle hold back, pneumatic reciprocating right angle bottle tray loader, hot melt glue system with 15" long compression section and 17" long dual bottom belt discharge conveyor. Control panel has programmable controller. Mounted on steel-it frame with barrier guarding, electrical interlocks and casters with height adjustable locking legs.
